About me

With over 30 years of experience working with individuals across all stages of life-from young children to older adults-I bring both depth and compassion to the work I do.  I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and began my clinical journey in Boston, MA, providing individual and family therapy.  After relocating to California, I continued supporting individuals as an unlicensed clinician, primarily working with severe mental illness.  My background includes extensive experience in mental health education, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and supporting individuals facing substance use disorders, homelessness and behavioral challenges. I've had the privilege to working closely with clients, families and providers to promote healing and wellness.

Beyond my professional training, my greatest source of insight comes from life itself.  I've walked the path of growth and self-discovery as a woman, mother, daughter, friend, entrepreneur and partner.  These lived experiences shape the heart of my work.  I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where others can reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.  I draw from therapeutic relationships, mindfulness practices and a trauma-informed lens to help individuals uncover their strengths and thrive.  It's my honor to walk alongside others as they navigate life's transitions and reclaim their next chapter.

Therapy and Life Coaching

This is a Life Coaching service, not to be confused with individual therapy.  Although I hold a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling, I am not a licensed Clinician with the State of California.  My services provide guidance, mentoring, and resources (upon request).  I am not authorized to, nor will I, diagnose or treat mental illness.

My approach is focused on understanding your needs and providing practical solutions. From personalized consultations to individualized sessions.  Welcome!
